Sam when has work got in the way of bootsing! :D

You'll have to get your oh to get up and do it on your behalf!!!
I don't if he will now after I talked him into it last Saturday, he got up and it didn't update! LOL. Even if he does I don't think he'll be fast enough, he's never ordered from there before. Might have a word and see what he says, lol.

I'm stopping in today but desperatly waiting for everyone to get back from their shopping trips to see how they all got on!

<<<<<< must get a life lol

Can you get me one too please - preferably one with Boot's points? :D

I love reading other peoples' shopping lists .... do you think we need help? lol

Still off topic (sorry :o ), I noticed in Poundland that there were some Sally Hansen Cuticle cream and a Strengthening type nail varnish.

No Boots points with them though ;) but still a bargain.

Hi, Ladies (sorry for the sexist comment, but I'm assuming that Obsessive-Compulsive-Boots disorder is a mainly female addiction!). Looking forward to hearing about people's bargains today. There seem to be quite a lot of rather good GWPs at the moment - I don't think the Olay one looks up to much, but there are several others. Trouble is, after spending all my recent £5 till splits (thanks to everyone on here for suggestions of what to buy) I don't really need any more skincare....problems, problems!

Just got back from Boots, went straight to the Nivea shelf, there was a space where the Q10 had been reduced to £1.70 but there were all gone, someone had cleared the lot! But still got some nice bits.

    Transaction 1
Soap & Glory Glow Crazy set 1/3 off so £6.66
    Paid with points

    Transaction 2
    No7 Highlighter £10.25
    No7 Moisturiser £11.50
    No 7 GWP
Soap and Glory Small or Nothing set £3.33
    Valentines Card £3.50
    Chocs £2.50

    Double points coupon
    Used highlighter voucher -£10.25
    £5 off voucher -£5.00

There were no bleeps, vouchers went through fine together.
So the price went from £31.00 to just over £15.00 and I got another £5 voucher

    Transaction 3
Olay Touch of Sunshine reduced to £11.49
    No 7 P&P Serum £16.75
    No7 Nail Polish £6.25
    No 7 GWP

    Used 200 pts on a £20 spend
    £5 No 7 voucher

Paid £29 but used £20 gift card so paid £9 cash. And got another £5 voucher.

Really pleased and ended up with nearly £5 back in points.

Thanks to everyone that posts their glitches/ideas, I would never have thought of them!

I'm hoping that I can use my last £5 voucher on two Ruby & Millie items and get the compact free as I have a voucher from the mailing.

I did this yesterday, i handed in a No7 bronzing mousse, highlighter and GWP, then handed in the highlighter coupon, then the £5 off then the points voucher. The points voucher had to be added manually though, the SA said 'these points vouchers are rubbish, i always have to put them through manually!' I didnt even ask him to try it though, he just did it automatically!
Total cost to me for the 3 products was £6, plus an extra 300 points....so effectively £3 for the highlighter, bronzing mousse and GWP! :T

The points voucher has to be put in the correct side and is 250 points for uk use and 375 for republic of Ireland .I've found they don't go through if they scan the wrong side. It definately won't work with anything other than skincare either.
  • off to see if i can get me a magazine, been out of stock in luton for AGES so its doubtful, got my £5 off No7, R&Metc voucher, no till spits as stupidly threw them when having a clear up the other day. DOH
