Can't even get onto the Boots.com site during the day, it keeps jamming or crashing!

Have you tried using firefox instead of IE? I always have problems with the boots site on IE but firefox seems to make it behave itself lol

Seriously, I really think it's time for Boots to have their own board on MSE.

It would be so much better to keep a track of everything.

It's become an absolute nightmare to follow with this format.

When I've caught up and read the recent posts I add that page to my favourites so then when I come back to it I can start from where I left off. Then I just scan through the posts and stop at the one's that are relevant to me.

I wonder if there'll be an update tomorrow with it being a Sunday. I know we had an update last Sunday but we didn't for 2 before that (I think). I'm not going to be here anyway as I'm working nights tonight so won't be in until 7.30am!

this morning i tried placing an order, put in my card details etc and then the site crashed, i phoned up cs and they said no one has mentioneed this problem before and of the site crashing:rolleyes:

do you think it will help if more of us complain and no my order had not gone through:mad:
