It's about the same give or take a few pence on return and I've never had a problem with Boots tracking on pb, I use pb for Boots because then ultimately you can get Boots vouchers with your pb points which always helps :rotfl:

Also, wanted to ask if anyone actually noticed the cheaper facial skincare items being put back on the shelves the day after the £5 offer finished (30th) ? Haven't been able to get to Boots since 29th - grrr.

I've just received my order from yesterday- Ruby & Millie Make It Up Bag. But when i checked it, the eyeshadow had crumbled. It was a present so i called up CS. I explained to the guy what had happened, and he refunded me the price to paypal, and told me to just keep the item as it was only £6.25. The other things in the set are fine.. the make up bag, nail colour, lip gloss and mascara so not bad for nothing hey

One of my items (Royal Jelly Pamper Bowl) was broken but they told me I had to take it back to the shop or post it back to them. Must depend who you get ?

I had an item broken , I rang them up and told them they said keep that one and we'll send you a new one.

Yeah, the guy said that he would have sent out a new one [ & to keep the one i had ] if it was in stock, and to try in stores to see if i can find it. I was like i very much doubt it, its ruby and millie 75% off lol.
