This is my first real year of the 75% and 90% sales. I kind of missed out on a lot of items last year due to me not discovering/not taking a real interest about Boots points glitches, toys and other items online. Only really bought deodorants online last year. I was gutted this year as I missed the first day and didn't find out about what time their stock was updated until reading it on here. I did get quite a lot of stuff in the end, but I did miss out on items as well.

I've learnt so much and am fully prepared and know exactly what to do for next year. :T

I think last year I got one item (a fisher price toy) from the sale but it was by chance and I was oblivious that there was a sale, just thought I got lucky and didn't know why it was so cheap lol.

I've had some really brilliaint bargains which is going to really help me out with birthdays and Christmas so I'm over the moon about that (I'm skint for now though, lol). Only person I'll have to get other pressies for is my little boy because everytime I ordered boy's toys they got cancelled on me, got a fair few girl's bits though.

On the Home Delivery Network site my order is still describes as "carry over" as of 9.45am yesterday morning. Does that mean they tries to deliver and took it back again

I'm not too sure. I checked my order from the other day and its been dispatched but said 'unable to find'. does any1 know what happens now?

Someone else mentioned this earlier and apparently yes it means there was no-one in when they called so they'll try again the next day.

No idea, might be worth ringing Boots about it.

Have you had things delivered from .com before? If so then there's no real reason why they couldn't find your address.

Yeah, usually stuff comes by HDN, the guy is fantastic. he stops me on the way to school sometimes if he sees me haha.
This was delivered my amtrak, ive never had them before. Gonna give boots a ring then, cos i dont want that happening again.

Ah must be that Amtrak couldn't find you or something then. My HDN guy is great too, although he thinks I'm mad because he was here almost everyday last week :eek:

I did say to him I bet you're fed up of coming here but he said it's good for him because they have a target of how many parcels to deliver each day and when he comes here there's usually 3 or 4 for one address so it works out well for him, lol.

LOL.. Mine too. Im wondering whether i should tell him about the 75% off sale as well haha! Let him get the deliveries for once hey!

You could do although I don't think this Boots sale shopping at 5am seems to have the same appeal for men, lol.

I told him that it was Christmas shopping for next xmas bought in the sales, he said that at this rate he'll have nothing to deliver come xmas, lol.
