Hi,

Does anyone know whether I will be able to return 2 No 7 sunless tanning foams? I received them as a gift, but they are far too dark for my skin.

I returned one the other day for my friend she wanted wash off not wear off, the No 7 lady said , shh we dont usually give refunds but since your item hasnt been used I let you have it just this ONCE, so..

Thanks MiasMommy. I haven't opened it either, I've bought it before and had to throw it away as it was far too dark. I don't have the receipt so would they give me an exchange?

I went looking for the store in Euston station a few months ago - having shopped there many times in the past - but it wasn't there. It used to be at the end near the bus stops. Have they moved it to another part of the station?

Most likely, she just asked for my AC. Lol I also when I went dressed up quite nicely, so she didnt think I had stolen it, I dont know what it is with Boots, I always assume everyone thinks Im in there to steal., lol Im weird

Haha, I know what you mean, I think it's the guilty looks we all have on our faces about the glitches and vouchers we're about to try! Thanks for your help, think I'll try it later. Just thought, dya think it might be better if I said I'd had a funny reaction to it?

Hmm I dont know unless you defin want to exchange for another one then just say you brought the wrong one, If you said you had a funny reaction they might not exchange and just give you a refund but then you have no reciept.

They only do one colour in the foam so I can't exchange it for another one, I don't really want anything else but I could get nappies if need be.

I bought 2x tan mits the other day using the 500 points PC vouchers and the points had to be added manually, only the SA didn't mark the reciepts stating that points had been added for each item, so I took them back to another store for a refund(£ 6.98) but because I knew that I was pulling a fast one, I got all flustered and couldn't find the reciepts!
The young NO7 SA was stood looking at me with her "I know you've just nicked them eyes" and even went off to fetch a manager without waiting for me to produce the reciepts, anyway I could of laughed when I saw the look on her face when I did indead produce the 2x reciepts and got the £6.98 refund and still walked out with 1000 points on my card.
Well worth the embarresment:)
