Anybody else managed to get a R&M brush with the vouchers?

Thanks DollarDog, i tried this last year but didnt work for me :( , will try again this year. got luck to anyone who tries to get the No7 item, highlighter n GWP for as cheap as possible:T

I seem to remember that last year, there was one of the eye make up ones that didn't go through for some reason, but the others did, can't remember which one it was that didn't. I know that the foundation one definitely did. Might be worth taking a couple of the eye ones to the till and seeing which one will go through.

Went into Boots toady, have been everyday for the last 2 weeks or so in serch of No7 Tanning wipes so that I can get a free Highlightening Powder. None in sight anywhere! I overheard the 2 SA's talking about the glitch, one proceeded to the No& counter and picked up 4 powders and hid them behind the counter!

So obviously they are hiding the Tanning wipes for themselves too....how cheeky...not one but 4!!
    :A Carpe Diem:A

 WINS = Nothing...I never seem to win anything!:roll eyes:

proud mummy to lil man!! :A

i saw that last week on the no7 counter, they said they were out of stock, then as i went round the other side, she had left the drawer open and it was full of them, of course i managed to gain one of them by making it noticable that i had seen them, to which another no7 lady said oh they are our backup supply we can't sell them, i said can't or won't, so she says which colour do you want.............i then took it to a diff till and paid with one of the nice ones with 2 x wipes for 6.50 then sold the wipes to my sister for 6 quid :D

Feel free to correct me anyone lol

I have purchased the bogof baby sensitive expert wipes 3 times with pc vouchers, twice they have gone through and taken off the discount and extra discount, but the last time they didn't..............
I noticed with my beedy little eye lol that the SA put them through the till as 2 x wipes so scanned one packet once, where as before they had gone through seperatly and so the reciepts are different i think it is because when they were done together they said total 5.10 now 2.55 the till already sees it as half price where as if done seperate it goes 2.55 then 0.00 and so with pc voucher the first goes through at 1.27.
Sorry for the rant and lecture but that must be it lol

I posted a message on the old board on tuesday about not being able to spend 6x £5 skincare vouchers on any item under £12.99, despite going to four stores.
I emailed Boots about this and have just had the following email from them

Thank you for contacting us about your skin care vouchers. I'm sorry to
hear that you have been unable to take advantage of this offer in your
local store and I hope I'll be able to help.

If you need to contact us again please quote reference number *******.

Sometimes a special offer is more successful than we can anticipate,
and customer demand outweighs the supply of the offer. We try to make it
clear in our shop displays that any offers we run are subject to
availability. However, we do understand that customers may be disappointed on
rare occasions if the offer is not available. Please accept my
apologies for any upset this may have caused you.

I have passed your comments onto our Sales Plan team, who will consider
them at their next review. This will help us to make things better in
    the future.

I appreciate that this has caused you disappointment and as an apology
I have added 1000 :D points to your Advantage Card. You can collect these
points at any time during the next 12 months from our Advantage Card
    machines in our larger stores.

Thank you again for contacting us. If you have any further questions
please contact us on the number below.

    Kind Regards

    Gemma Goff

So if anyone else was left dissapointed about being unable to spend their vouchers, it may be worthwhile contacting them.

Who did you contact & can you give me a brief of what the letter you wrote included.
I had 9 vouchers I was unable to use & considered contacting them but wanted to be sure of my fact. Sure enough most of the items are suddenly back on the shelves so I am def getting in touch with them.
