did anyone get the ruby&millie ulimate compact set, i put it in my basket and was trying to see what colours there was put kept bring up page has problems. And now its gone out of stock. Getting fed up with the silly site

I did order it at 5.30am but I doubt it'll arrive! I've had loads of items cancelled from my last few orders, it's beginning to get a bit ridiculous. :mad:

Just realised it was the Ruby & Millie Vanity Bag and R&M Make it up bag that I ordered not the Ultimate Compact Set. Sorry.

how long do CS take to get bac to you when you email them?

I emailed on Tuesday about a rather horrific (and upsetting) trip to Deepdale boots, and i haven't heard anything back yet.

I will be going to the manchester John Frieda night, how good does that sound!

I'm definately rubbish at this at the mo. Couldn't find any curl mascaras so took a mascara and a eyeshadow along with gwp to pharmacy . No mascara eyeshadow offer on here so came to £7.98.Handed the points one and then the £1 off then asked her to take off the eyeshadow as not in offer and it took off all the points and added the £1 back on so didn't work again. I'm giving up . I love all these Gwp things and always try to get them if they go through but it looks like they set the tills to foil us now. I think the eyeshadow offer ended 29th the day before the palette started.

Did find a scrunched up £5 off voucher in a basket and a 250 points one so thought I'd have a go at the highlighter and gwp but no highlighters out. waited for the evil no 7 one to go and asked nicer one if they had any but got a no so will try this another day. These vouchers rather than the till spits are much better as people seem more likely to throw them away than the till spit which they don't realise they have been given.

Went in store today, nothing left in the 90% off sale except some rather tatty xmas cards! However there was a good selection of kids mini mode clothes that were all half original price and also buy one get one free! The staff were putting out more outfits as I was there. Got a great SA who put everything through in 2's so I got the best deal, otherwise it would have been the cheapest items free wheras I got like for like free. Very pleased got £100 clothes for £25!!

Well i tried bootsing for the first time today, i got flustered, the SA got flustered, the supervisor got flustered and i'm sure the people in the queue behind me got flustered too!

Vouchers were bleeping, the SA had put a reduced NO7 item through and it came up as full price, i queried it and she then changed it and put it through as beauty so the highlighter didn't match, so she "deleted" the beauty item and put it through again as No7 and highlighter worked. I was still confused as my original bill was £29.xx and I ended up paying £26.xx

Not put off too much and tried again with second voucher, got 2 No7 reduced items which added up to £5 and the highlighter, gave £5 voucher first, then the highlighter voucher, total £2! how did that work, I was hoping for £0.00

Came home with the first transaction still not adding up in my head, ooking at my receipt she hasn't deleted the original £5.25 or the £2 beauty product so I have overpaid by £7.25, so now will have to call CS tomorrow.....so I'm still flustered

Any Bootsters willing to hold my hand on next trip into Luton or Hemel lol

I think each £5 no& voucher will only work on one item so you paid for the other one.
