My local (Cheshire Oaks) doesn't stock Ruby & Millie or Jemma Kidd cosmetics so the brush was on an aisle with other brushes from other companies and there was a small selection. The foundation brush was just in a see through wallet, should that have gone through?

No the ones at Cheshire Oaks are the ones I was told wouldn't work. Chester and Broughton Park have the end of the counter stands which I've always been able to get with the vouchers and the 500 points for 2 items. You've had some great buys at Cheshire Oaks went after you for some olay regenerist but none left and no Q10. Found the shelf sticker in small boots in Chester but no Q10 told by manager they are discontinued packaging.

Maybe your P&P box was in the Valentines leaflet. I'd love one of those were there loads in Cheshire Oaks?

Yes definitely £20. I did two separate transactions of the box, gwp and highlighter with the £5 off and various point vouchers and paid £15 which then gave me the £5 voucher for the next transaction of the same.

Considering the eye cream is 7ml and I paid £15 last week for a 15ml pot and also the day and night creams are 15ml pots - yes it's a real bargain, grabbit while you can hee hee:rotfl:

I am going to go for this...but I think I will save any high lights vouchers I still have to use in separate transactions.

I think that the P&P set for £20 should get the GWP without any additional items. Pay for that with the £5 voucher from previous purchases and it's still £15 so you get another £5 voucher back anyway.

I will use the high lights vouchers to buy anything I want that is under £20 and thus use it to bump the spend up to ensure that I get the GWP as well.

Hope this makes sense...or it could just be my warped way of thinking:rotfl:

I left out the Protect & Perfect leaflet last week, to aid my DH in buying me some for my birthday.
He went to his local in North London, last Thursday evening, where a very 'Helpful' No.7 lady 'helped' him.
They didn't have any stock of the P&P in (???), so she suggested other no.7 items instead.
He got me 3 in total, none of which I would use, I wanted the new P&P range. He said she told him it was the same as (he is not a bootster, didn't even use a card  ).
So today I asked him to take them back with the leaflet and get them exchanged for me, to the ones I wanted, or a gift card for me to get them elsewhere.
They exchanged 2 of the 3 items but refused the 3rd (No.7 Night cream) because it had been opened and you can see a finger dip in it!
Now I agree they shouldn't take them back like this, I wouldn't like my cream interfered with, but nor do I want to buy one that has been in effect opened and used either. Seeing as both of us never even undid the items we didn't know that this one had been opened.
I feel really peeved about this and to top it the SA kept his original receipt, he got no points and no GWP or £5 voucher.
I wouldn't dream of opening to check it was sealed believeing that it should be (and always has been on other items I've bought).
How do I complain? Ring them email them? My DH says to leave it but I am really upset, it was part of my gift and it cost £17.50!
Any ideas how to deal with this please??
    Thanks
    LL

Phone up customer services and explain what happened to them and see what they are prepared to offer. They are normally quite reasonable. Got to be worth a try

Thanks for this scrappy. Got two of the gwp with the big round p&P boxes for mothers day presents. I know they will never use the vouchers (not bootsers) so I have just gone and taken them out of the drawers, so an extra 500 points for moi!

Cheers, I never would have thought about it

Pleasure to help my fellow Bootsing Sisters! (or Brothers!)

No, it's definitely not in the valentines leaflet I got one of those in a .com order today and just double checked, but someone has said they've seen a mothers day leaflet, although I don't think they are in the shops, maybe that lady works for Boots.

Yes did get the last two regenerist boxes in the clearance aisle, but there were some reduced Nivea Q10 items and I only half noticed as I didn't know about the 400 points then, in fact I only went in today to try and get them, you didn't buy them did you? lol.

There were loads of the round boxes they were on a stand at the back of the No7 counter with the gwp underneath, but no price anywhere - don't like to ask the SA's normally but had to this time. I like to sneak in grab my stuff and sneak away to the main counter, so they don't realise how often I'm there hee hee!

I'm going to Chester tomorrow so I will see what goodies they've got there. I've never been to Broughton Boots, is it a big one?

    Aw dear Lilaclillie !

Your OH sounds like mine - best intentions but never goes quite to plan... bless him !:rotfl:
I would ring CS- but thats just me cos I don't express myself v well in emails (as you can prob guess by this post!). Just explain the situation like you have here and I suspect you will get a good outcome - play up how disappointed you are but dont' get angry - never gets the best out of CS ! If thats no joy then write a letter - they tend to view writen letters more seriously than calls/emails.
    Good luck !

No it makes total sense. You will get the P&p set with gwp for £15 with voucher, I just get the highlighter with every purchase I can and give them to my friends and then the next time I shop I pick up the magazine again and use the voucher if it's either needed or if I can - if that makes sense.
