I was going to use my voucher from the GWP towards some more Sanctuary and another GWP. Before the till beeps when i hand over my voucher which are the products in white packaging?
facial skincare:D wish I'd known before I'd chosen what to buy. I could've bought facial skincare as I already had a £3 voucher. Oh well, you win some, you lose some:D0 -
I did a couple of good shops today:D
!st transaction:
Returned another unwanted gift and bought 2 x sanctuary bathing products and got GWP free. For anyone who hasn't seen this yet. It is gorgeous, so go and have a look. Inside is a £3 off santuary voucher. But, the voucher only works on products in white packaging (SA confirmed this. Will keep mine to use with the next lot of skincare vouchers:D ) total to pay 1p:j
2nd transaction:
No7 dream mascara £11.00 (london stores are more expensive:mad: )
high lights £10.75
GWP
17 solo eye shadow x 2 £2.79 each
17 curl lash mascara £1.19
Used £5 No7 voucher, high lights voucher from mag, 2 for £5 17 ac voucher, 100p ac dream mascara voucher, 100points 17 mag voucher. Couldn't use total spend vouchers 'cos ac machine not working:mad: Also, £5 No7 PC didn't scan. Sa said it doesn't work with GWP. She removed GWP to see if it would work, but still didn't scanconclusion: PC coupons are rubbish:mad:
Total: £28.52 Paid:£12.19 + gained 200 points:j
PS: no Q10 cheap creams in kensington (both stores) or queensway.
My PC Voucher did not scan earlier either. Was told that it was because Boots had already effectively GIVEN me the GWP already so would not take off any more money! But as the spend had come over £20.00 it was put thru manually :j .
Not used any others PC Vouchers yet so I do not know if they usually make the till bleep or not!0 -

I tried this the other day on a hand soap, and the till bleeped. The SA was gonna get the supervisor key to over-ride it, but I changed my mind and got a bottle of the Biddadari Bath Creme instead and the voucher scanned no problem!
It seems it just wants to work on what it wants!! lol!0 -

Sa would not do that for me. She said she would only put it through manually If I didn't have GWP. Some SA will put anything through, others are less generous...unfortunately.0 -
Does anyone know if they do these online?
I looked online when I got back from the shop today and it wasn't showing. I think they must have just come into the shop today as I'm sure I would have noticed it before.
I bought it (well them, as I went back and did it all over again for my mother-in-law) as a mothers day present and somebody has said since that they think it is in the mother's day leaflet, so maybe they'll promote it more after the valentine one is over - perhaps!!0 -
A good Bootsing day today
Bought highlighter and a p+p serum TOTAL £27
Used vouchers in this order
100 points for a £10 spend

Lucky you! I tried to use the £5PC and £5 pink No 7 voucher together for a similar transaction yesterday but it wouldn't go through.Never mind, used the £5 PC one today instead!

hmm have been reading through all the stuff on the chatting. it is hard for newbies to catch up, but I don't think 2 threads would work. "passion8" suggested marking 'chat' posts as OFF TOPIC, but what about posting offers in red/blue text so that they can be easily seen, and also crazyposhgal can see them more easily? that way all the explanations of the offers are seated within the chat around them?? Only a thought
I personally love the chatter, and don't think this group is clickey like some on forums. we welcome one and all, even if you've got 6 heads and 3 noses..... we could probably reccomend a no7 potion to make all 6 heads look younger too
:ABeing Thrifty Gifty again this year:A

I got the free gwp total to pay was £5.xx but I added some toothbrushes and got another voucher.
I dont know about any other mums out there; but this is always my scenario.
Screaming baby, me trying to quickly take a highlighter and gwp and another item without the No 7 lady catching me , and me pushing screaming baby fast towards the lift to go to the baby section , getting followed by security , pay downstairs, hold my goodies proudly on the way out with receipt in one hand, and have the beady security men watching me as if Ive just stolen them. It annoys me, but sometimes I do feel like Ive just stolen from them.MiasMommy0 -

Also was a 300 points when you buy any Boots Feel the difference Skin Perfection valid until 22/4/08.
Thanks for this scrappy. Got two of the gwp with the big round p&P boxes for mothers day presents. I know they will never use the vouchers (not bootsers) so I have just gone and taken them out of the drawers, so an extra 500 points for moi!
Cheers, I never would have thought about it :beer:0
