I have one order still showing as processing. I ordered 3 things of which two have been received and have today as a dispatch date so am hoping it turns up!0 -
I am right in thinking on some Mondays (like some Sundays) they have not updated?
Also, if I return in store and the order of the value then goes below £40 do you have to pay the postage? What about discounts/bonus points for spending over a particular amount are they reduced as well?
Thanks
No you wont have to pay postage but make sure you take a print off of your order as people have reported on here when taking stuff back to the store they only received 10% back as the item had been further reduced to 90% in store
There are some codes on the discounts forum but I cant get them to work!

Hi everyone!
Just wanted to make a point in reply to several people who have complained about too much "cliquey" chat in relation to this forum.
I am only a recent newbie myself and have found people to be very welcoming. At first it does seem like people are cliquey but I have had most of my questions answered and when I don't I just presume people don't know.
I had a glance at all the rules re. the forums when I joined and found it hard to work out what is allowed as far as chat is concerned. Personally I love the chat and banter on this forum and is one of the reasons I have been glued to it, e.g. "Was that you in Boots today with the grey fleece?" - I love it ! I am also guilty of making daft, jokey comments. But I am realising now that there are some people who think this is irrelevant nonsense and frown upon it - oops! I didn't realise this at first as I thought the forum had always been like this and chat was allowed.
I suppose everyone is different and you can't please all the people all the time but just wanted to say I love this thread ! I find that even though it is long it is really easy to scan through the ones that don't apply to you. I think even the chatty comments are mostly relevant, and it would be awful if people felt inhibited about putting comments on here.
Maybe people could comment on whether they like the chatty comments or not? (Thanks also to everyone for all their help in my bargain hunting - you are all great!). :T0
