He's probably got enough money back to buy ALL his mates a drink
  • eidman how did you get Littlewoods to refund fees?

I fell into financial difficulty a while ago & they have refused to accept redused payments despite being fair and propostionate to other debts.
They have since charged me £85 since Oct!!!

    Any tips would be appreciated.

Can i ask how much have you been offering to pay in relation to your debt?
They arent obligated to accepted reduced payments and if your historically a bad payer with them it makes it harder for you to get on a reduced payment plan
  • £11 to a balance of £183.50. But i have other debts much larger & that is proportionate & fair to them.
I understand what you're saying but it's all i can pay at present & even thats increased from what i offered 6 months ago!!

Have you contacted a Debt management company to use them to manage your debts? Usually they will be able to help you?

I just sent a letter CC'd to Watchdog by recoreded delivery - obviously they thought i had a case & perhaps didn't want the bad publicity.

Just make sure you keep copies of eveything & record every communication as they cannot be relied on to do as they say!
