That's a better one,if i join yours to mine we can make a rollercoaster, personally i know nothing about stocks and shares, (that was noticeable, does the same apply to banking and financial systems generally?:D :D )never have, never will, and never want to.
I guess it's just a how did Fedz say ,oh yes gentle leg pulling.
    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

On a serious note ,you say we have a steady growth,so on those terms we certainly ain't going to go into to a recession or are we ???

I did not say "we have a steady growth" I said "longer term pictures have historically been of consistent growth". We may be going into a recession, I would certainly not claim to know enough to speculate. Perhaps I should read more tabloids:rolleyes:

So what? Stock markets go down and up. But I seem to recall that there has not been a 5 year period since WWII when the stock market has actually fallen. The only people it affects are those with short term interests and those approaching retirement.

At the end of the day i am just a mere lower class person or (poor) for short

So i have this view, if we do go into a recession the below would apply

The lower class (poor) would say s _ _ t happens
The middle class would say oh s _ _ t
and the fat cats, well they would just end up with their pants full of s _ _t
    Just my opinion

setmefree - your replies are on a time delay which leads me to think ... maybe not ... well ... to delibertely provoke ... you're behaviour in this thread speaks volumes ... one could be forgiven for thinking your a troll ;)

You deliberately play devils advocate ... :)

Yes banks are taking a downward trend and have done for awhile. Meanwhile NR have started a progressive upward trend.

No doubt you was on the jump ship bandwaggon of the early NR saga but, look at that now, was you right ... proberbly not ;)

General dis-satisfaction in the banking industry doesn't mean the end of it, think ... if people move banks, where are they going to go too ... another bank ... wow

Some people enjoy playing the lower class ... you are what you want to be ... use your head and get out of the gutter (so-to-speak).

I have never been with N.R., so i guess you are wrong again.

    Definite troll I think.

Definite element of inverted snobbery as well.
