Carry,
Hi and welcome to the forum. Please feel free to talk about anything you want here. There will always be people around to listen, even in the middle of the night! If the thought of doing a full SOA seems a bit daunting, then that can wait. Once you get talking to some of the folks on here you'll soon realise that you're not alone, and you'll find things start to get less daunting once you get things into perspective.
gilligansyle mentioned a thread about debt and depression. This is something that affects lots of people, so there's no shortage of understanding people around who can be a lot help in dealing with depression. You can read that thread here.0 -

I`m in the same boat, not long had my lightbulb moment, and you`ve had that, things will get better, just think how much worse it could have got if you`d continued to bury your head in the sand !!and the best bit is your`e here, with people you soon regard as friends,( actually it`s alot like therapy lol) so keep posting and chin up(my neighbour says that to me, i always reply "which chin? i have 3 " lol)

As everyone else has said, get your Statement of Affairs on here and the great and the good will advise where you can cut back.
As SS said its only money, its not worth taking your life over and I'm pretty sure your husband wouldnt want that. Chin up, you're amongst friends here.
