Remember that Dial a Phone's £200 'cashback' may not be all that it seems i.e. it's not cash at all - it's more than likely to be a 'credit to your airtime account'.
I've not checked the actual link in the above post but know from recent enquiries I've made that DAP now use this 'cashback' method rather than actually giving you money back (paid into your current account or via cheques) like they have done in the past.0 -
Hello,
Could anyone explain me the difference between the payment cashback used?
ThanksFiliss0 -

Some give you cashback in the form of a cheque so you can do whatever you want with.
But some give you cash on your "air time account" so say your bill was £50 and you had a £60 cashback on your account due, then no direct debit would be taken as the cashback would pay the last bill and the £10 would stay there to be deducted from your next bill.0 -
Easy Peasy then.....could they make it easier ? let say £30 pm minus the cashback of £150 equal of £18 pm without sending forms back and waiting 45 days ? so you know you will be paying £18 ....they will save money and saving customer service and back office jobs......something is going on as we are all looking to simplify things and they make it hard to understand and the whole process is to loose 1 voucher and loose the £50 quit....anyway I signed up and should get my mobile phone on monday....can't wait lets hope I get everything right.
Have a nice week-end to everyoneFiliss0 -

Nothing is ever that simple!!! you still have to send the bills back to them 3rd, 6th, 9th and 11th month to get your airtime credit.0
