I'm a serial TK Maxxer! They do this 'Final Clearance' sale twice a year, last week in Jan, and sometime in Sept usually.

It starts Monday morning, when everything to be included is reduced by 30%. It's reduced again by 30% each day that week until Saturday when it's allegedly reduced every hour until it's 30p. But in reality, the best day to go is Tues - on Mon it's still too dear, on Thurs, Fri, there's nothing left usually! Stores can be VERY different however - I've been into one and found completely empty rails, and masses of stuff at the next. Despite the supposed markdowns each day, some are much slower than others.

I've been around a few local branches this week, and the stuff wasn't as good as usual, but still a good few bargains.

    Good luck, bargain hunters!

Spent £40 odd today and got loads, 3 hoodies, adidas zip up and ringspun top for OH, few floaty tops for my baby bump £2 each and applebottoms capri jeans for 70p!!! Carolina Herrera Perfume for £3 too. Also got christian dior socks for the new arrival £1 and a white soft all in one £2 down from £14.99. FCUK top for my 3yo for £4 too - tempted to go have another rake tomorrow just wish they had some shoes!
    I LOVE MSE! :money:

Had 2 good trips to the Chester store today and yesterday and got some really good bargains in womenswear- still loads left in all sizes. Hardly anything in menswear or childrens though.
There was a really miserable girl on customer services though who refused to further reduce a jumper which had 2 holes in it and will need mending- even though they're going to be reducing everything anyway over the next few days. Power's gone to her head obviously!

I've been to the Manchester Market street store, (below Primark) before and it's quite good, haven't been recently though.. think there's one in Arndale centre now.. but haven't been in there, they were still building it when I was last there!

Went into Weston Super Mare (Worle) today and didn't seem to be many bargains to be had.. but still a few left.. only small 'clearance area' had some evening dresses/ ball gowns really cheap! One was lovely and was only £5, reduced from £259! If only I had the occasion to wear them! :D

I got a Betty Jackson studio bra & knicker set for £3! Knickers were £1, bra was £2! :) some sizes were less! They also had some clothes, mostly trousers from the company 'Toast' (normally very expensive, and sold in Selfridges) for £1 each! :)
