Went to east Kilbride this morning, not much left but bagged a few bargains. One of the staff kept telling me to bring stuff up to her to get it reduced further0

I've officially given the best birthday present ever to my younger sister! (Her words) I took her to the Swindon TK Maxx, and let her hunt out the bargains and I'll pick up the bill! (There was a limit)
Thanks to all who post comps!

Top spot! According to its press office, items at TK Maxx are given six weeks' shelf life, and even though clothes have 60% off their rrp tag to begin with, after six weeks the price is slashed even further. This means £1 Calvin Klein Jeans and other bargains described by jonathonjordan below are possible.
Unfortunately stock products, quantities and prices differ from store to store, but if you're heading into your local shopping centre anyway and there's a branch, it's definately worth a quick browse.
To find your closest store, check out TK Maxx's website.

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. I have just got back from my local branch and got the most amazing bargains. Four pairs of Jeans for £10.00. I am not bothered by the labels, just as long as they fit and look reasonable, but having said that one pair were reduced from £179.00 to £3.00, and another pair were £129.00 to £4.00, now that's what I call a bargain !!!!!!!!!!!! When hopefully I put on some weight I can pass them onto my two nieces, who are far more label concious than I am. It was definately worth the trip. BUT hurry as the manager told me that after another week all the remaining stock was going to be passed onto Charity Shops, (who no doubt will be charging more for them). HAPPY HUNTING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!P.S also got a Betty Jackson top for an amazing £1.000 -

Went back into Wigan branch today as I read quite a few posts about further reductions and yes there are!! I was amazed that there was still stuff left - plenty of toys, women clothing, underwear, kids - but mainly girls, mens clothing, tons of shoes. It was not even busy and people were polite and not pushing etc which was quite pleasant! Did not have much household left but managed to get quite a few nice photo frames for £1. May have to stay away now or my husband won't be too pleased!!0

I went into Aberdeen today - only 2 small rails left and loads of empty space. I think they have had locusts lol
I still managed to pick up calvin klein jacket, berghaus trousers, quicksilver jumper, peter werth t-shirt and another fleece type top for oh for only £33 :T should have been £258.
I wish id dragged myself in the other day when it was in full flow - just couldnt face being pushed out the way at 8 months pregnant :rotfl:0 -
Anyone know what the Edinburgh ones are like? Is it still worth going or has all the good stuff goneThe trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0
