My sister went yesterday and there was nothing left in Birkenhead - not worth the trip.

I ended up popping there today as had something to return. There were 5 items in sale section, got 1 of them, a top for my niece for 30p. Wonder whether to try Chester. Did someone say today was last day of final clearance?
  • While my local two have had the two rails of 'clearance/bargain' stuff [most of which is damaged] the normal clearance rails have gone from both stores?

I went in to the one at durham yesterday and it was the the least messy I have ever seen any tkmaxx before!! not a sale rack in sight and it looked too neat to be the same shop - came out with nothing :)
  • Only half a dozen items of crap in Basildon store
  • Did it finish yesterday ? Was ill so couldnt go
  • It finished yesterday. I was in Northampton 2 hours before closing and they announced all items with red reduced stickers were down to 50p!!! Got loads, Prada trousers down from £325, Tommy Hilfiger jeans etc.
Staff said everything that wasn't sold by the end of the day was being given to charity.

I called in to TK S ST Glasgow yesterday at 2 pm and there was a couple of rails of rubbish with some items still over £10. There was a bag I saw 2 days ago at £4 and price today? £4. I questioned an assistant and after waiting about 15 mins she came back and said still £4!!!. Needless to say I left it. I have done well though this week with a receipt from yesterday from the Fort for 48 items(including a suit at £11 which had a price tag on it for over 1000 euros!!!!!!) which came to £55.70.
    I cant resist!
I have to confess there is a rug still in the boot of the car from the Sep 07 sale and I have bags of goodies from then stashed away for the Spring.

Went in to Poole branch yesterday - not much left but picked up a great suitcase rrp £79.99 for £7. One lady was piling literally everything into her trolley without really looking at it - must be destined for ebay!

I went to the Cambridge branch on Wednesday. I managed to find a Betty Jackson top for £3.00, an FCUK jumper for £3.00 but the best bargain was a Replay Jacket which the RRP was £250 reduced to a fiver! And it is absolutely gorgeous!
I went into the Kings Lynn store yesterday but it was just a load of tat left so came out with nothing.

I went into the bolton store yesterday and there was hardly anything left. I managed to get a nice purple Betty Jackson dress for £1, It was originally £175 so it wasnt a totally waisted trip.
