How to work out cubic metres?

I need to hire a dehumidifier to dry out my new conservatory before the carpet is laid. The dehumidifiers available to hire are for use in particular size areas and I dont know how to work out how many cubic metres my conservatory is. The conservatory is an oblong one and is 4m by 4.5m, can anyone help me please? Thanks

Yes, we have french doors into the conservatory. Got the dehumidifier now and, although its making a racket, is sucking up the water as we speak!
