Zanussi gets my vote. had two - first one lasted over 10 years - replaced with a second hand one for £50 which cleans even better (might be the new tablets helping there!).

It's true about Bosch, their cheaper machines are now made in Spain and are just trading on the name. Previously at the low end Bosch used a different brand name to protect their reputation. The higher end ones are as before, so I'm told.0

thanks for everyones input i have now decided to go with a zanussi from john lewis coming thursday 2yr warrenty free delivery and £20 off first order. thanks again everyone was really helpful0
