CPW insurance claim help

Hi, my sons contract phone was lost/stolen in our local shop tonight,[i've blocked the phone] and need to make a claim on our phone insurance,our insurance is CPW lifeline lite band 3 and having read all the paperwork i'm worried about saying the wrong thing, there seems to be a lot of clauses in there favour and i'm not sure what to say,any advise on dealing with this? thanks
