Good luck, IMO put the cash raised from car on the cards, and then increase the payment on the outstanding on card debt. Once this is sorted, start overpaying your mortgage (supposing the mortgage company allow this). Windows you look home and dry with!!

Thanks Red..they do allow it.I'm just remortgaging and got my offer and it's at the holding off stage as I will incur ERC if I pay my other mortgage off before the 31st march. After that it's all systems go its Abbbey flexible plus mortgage where I can overpay as much as I want and offset as much as I want at anytime without penalty.so my tax, holiday savings etc can all go in there offsetting the interest.
After these back windows...I have 2 doors to get and 2 front windows....
Any off the options are feasible as I have been overpaying my CCs by at least £1k per month...instead of overpaying my card this month I've saved for the windows.Next month I will pay egg off and order my back door.
I may pay it off the card as then I'll have no CC debts...though halifax is 0% until december...I hate making deciscions..makes my head hurt

cool got it all sorted me thinks!!
  • Putting ads in national papers etc always draws more attention from other advertisers I find - can you advertise locally - more likely to secure a sale anyway because who from X will travel 100's of miles to Y - not many. But good luck with the sale.

I'm always alright when i make a deciscion..it just takes me forever to make one..lol...
Teacher thats also a valid point ...i never thought of that one...
I will put the feelers out locally so to speak before I re tax and mot the car anyway so have at least a couple of weeks for that...and as I'm not in a rush if I don't sell no big deal. It's great to get everyone elses comments as it really helps me to see a bigger picture...thanks so far everybody that has posted xx
