Hi Adandem - Go for it .... it is worth the effort. I am now looking for two similar doors to create a false cupboard to cover up most of the ugly boiler.
Is it worth posting a photo of your cupboards on Freecycle with a "Wanted" request, in case anyone has some similar ones lurking? A long shot - but you never know.
In fact these on ebay look similar to me - but they are "pick up only"

Our kitchen is MFI Henley and it's simialr (if not the same) as yours, it might be worth checking ebay?
