Sent a couple of queries their way but not getting the reciept email,the one that states "This is a short message to inform you that your report has been successfully received"
so i will just keep sending until i know they've got it or i might have to post here instead

We've had some internal server changes over the weekend which may or may not have contributed. However, keeping resending an email to an account where you are not getting the auto reply only serves to make our job slightly harder. This post is all that was needed. I will look into your report now.
