problems with nokia 6300

Hi, Bought oh a nokia 6300 for xmas and it's gone wrong twice!!:mad: First time was after he'd had it 3 days then it went wrong 3 weeks later so both times rang tesco(as thats where i bought it and it's on the tesco network) Both times it went wrong after oh was trying to recieve smomething via bluetooth. I haven't had any probs with getting a refund or anything just curious to see if any one else has had any problems with this phone. The guy on the helpline said they'd had alot of problems and were considering a recall but the woman in the shop didn't know anything about this. My oh is now not sure which phone to get as he really liked this one but can't keep taking them back it's a right pain.

That;s strange I've had one for four months and not had a problem with it, I wasn't aware there were problems with them. The Nokia 6500 is supposed to be good, a colleague has the slide version and is very happy with it.
