Someone's stalking me via photobucket!!

    Gawd better check mine then, some were put in my account a few months ago but I've never logged back in there again thinking they would be fine in there till later.

    A couple of years ago a user here posted a picture of himself. However someone was able to view his entire photobucked folder which contained pictures of him not just fully naked but also in a state of, er... excitement? :o I haven't seen that user online since, bless.

    I've never been keen on photobucket. I use either ImageShack or tinypic.
    Be careful who you open up to. Today it's ears, tomorrow it's mouth.

    Well it was hilarious - a kind soul told him as soon as possible but by then several PMs were sent... :o :rotfl:

    I don't know what advantage photobucket has, but as I say ImageShack and tinypic are what I use and each picture I post/send stands alone, so in that respect it's safe.

    As said above,if you right click a picture youve posted via photobucket and select properties you can see your user name, then all they need to do is go to photobucket and search the username, and all your public pictures can be seen, it's pretty dodgy if you didn't know.

    as ben said, if you dont want peeps to see/read it, then dont put it on tinternet.
    most photo sites allow you to make albums/photos private or public.
    and if you/anyone has any dodgy piccys (excited or not) then surely another account/username and PW makes sense?

    Also you can see them even if the ablum is private.

    You just guess the url. eg:

    If you have a picture that is me01.jpg
    you could try guess me02.jpg

    and then you can see that pic.
