I have still done none of my list! I'm taking a leaf out of Dusty's book and not stressing over it. I'll S&S kitchen, living room and dining room and that's my lot.

Why do children asking for one extra thing when you're tired and have been running after everyone else all day send you over the edge? Can she have a sleepover ask her and her friend. To which I replied 'NO because sleepovers are always here and never at her friends house'. The friend says 'that's because you don't shout as much as my mum'. Well guess what 'I'M SHOUTING NOW AND THE ANSWER IS NO'. DD then asks if she can play on DS tomorrow night...of course you can darling daughter - AFTER your room is tidy and you've caught up on all your homework because I am a lovely fair mum. Eyes roll - would you like glue to keep those eyes in place DD ?!?!? I'm mean and i'm evil and I DON'T CARE!

Right, i'm off to S&S xx

Edited - DD wanted to play on nintendo DS not on Darling Son DS!!

I ate it.. it must be ok!!

    G&B, you've lost me honey...can you explain for the country bumpkin??:o :o
Which bit did i lose you on, the Edinburgh bit or the game bit?
The game is at Meggetland on Saturday afternoon, i just fancied watching the army boys running about;) Think its just some practice for the Scottish development squad(up and coming Scotland players). Is that as clear as mud:p

  • Evening everyone.

Bit of a strange day here. I was sent home from work ill doubled up with a pain in my side. Had to go up to the hospital for monitoring, where the midwife made me feel like a huge timewaster, but they did diagnose a water infection and constipation causing my pain. Sent me home with some antibiotics and believe it or not - 2 1/2 litres of lactulose :rotfl: Me and DH were nearly peeing ourselves laughing in the chemists at that.

So, I am having an enforced rest - DH just treat us to a takeaway curry, and did the evening nursery run, and as i left my laptop at work with my planner and everything else in, i can't do any school work for tomorrow as i am not sure what to do  so bath and another early night here i think, after taking my antibiotics and lactulose - what on earth do they think i need that much for i don't know, but it is too much to even fit on the medicine shelf in the pantry. but i suppose i will not need to ask for any more during this pregnancy.

so, apart from one load of washing done by me, nothing done today, and no plans. Nature telling me what you lot keep telling me i think.

    :j Happy birthday today to W :j

the downside of today is that DH was meant to have the day off tomorrow to do DIY stuff, but as he had time out today to take me to the hospital, he hasn't got all his work done so is now not able to. So if he catches up, that may be Friday. If not, we probably both deserve a bit of a rest.

Anyway, going to switch off, hang the washing on airers and lie in the bath with my book, then transfer to bed.

    Evening all!

Feel a bit like Tracy today - can't be bothered! LOL!

Done my HHE though as I walked about 3 miles to toddler group and back!

Had lunch with my mum and LO been a treasure considering his ears are gooey and yuck again.

Read somewhere to day that glue ear (not sure if thats what he has but symptoms are same) can mean walking late - probably to do with balance - well he is almost 15 months and been cruising for 6 months now but just falls when he sets off. Going docs again tomorrow but I am not leaving with antibiotics again unless they refer us!!

Sorry to go on about it but just very worried!

Tia and Pigpen thanks for making me smile!!

That's a hell of a lot of lactulose - yucky ickky stuff! I have memories of glugging that from the bottle. Make sure you rest up and take care of yourself xx
