Thanks empfun...your a star!!
Have just called them and asked about my cards whereabouts
Covered themselves saying it will be here in next 2 weeks....whatever! Already done my BT anyway and thats what I wanted the skycard for.
The man told me CC statements go out around the 12th monthly, then roughly 4 weeks to pay, so if I dont hear anything in next 10 days will give another call and maybe have to pay minimum payment over the phone..if thats possible with them.

Ive now been charged £73 interest for June. I telephoned the end of June and they said the balance transfer wouldnt go through for 5th July either - to avoid paying anymore interest I said I would pay the credit card off myself and could I cancel the balance transfer but they said they couldnt do that. Ive paid off the credit card and still waiting the balance transfer to go through - the bank said they would transfer the extra money into my current account!!! Ive now sent two letters to them, asking about this account and as yet havent received any reply. The lady on the phone said she would extend the % to Feb 2006 but I dont think this is good enough and trying to get back the £73. I live in hope. By the way I received my pin last week but as yet no card. This really has been a waste of time.
Just received a letter today and they said the balance transfer is going through (even though they told me it wasnt two days ago - Ill have to check) but if I send them evidence of charges they'll look into a refund for me and theyve also extended the % free till March 06 - so mountain of debt it is worth complaining...0 -
Phoned them today and was told that the cards are on the way! posted in three batches over three days, so could take between seven and ten days to arrive.....0

Hi There
Finally received my card after 8 weeks  Im glad they let me BT when they accepted me or that could have been 2 months wasted on 0% free period.
Card put safely away in safe and will not be touched.
Has anyone else waited this long for their card?
