T-Mobile taking the mick

I have 2 freetime 750 contracts with plently of allowance left on them but i'm being charged for making standard off-peak t-mobile to t-mobile and even for calling a local landline!!! ??? The charges are showing up on the online billing and after speaking to an advisor they told me that any charges that shouldn't have been charged will be deducted off the bill... basically they told me to get lost!!! Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

I wouldnt touch T-mobile ever again. Their customer services are extreamly rude, and they really try to bully you and put u into a corner!! I have had my day with them, I told them what was correct, and stood up to them and then they climed off their high horse. If you are in the right keep fighting and put it in writing and send recorded delivery.

Worst ever moby company i have come across.

Well Done on moving to O2-UK I think there the best network in terms of coverage and customer service. I've never had any problems with them and would recommend them highly.
