    Thank you espresso and rcssmb.
I have done that now and it is working but not as I want it to.

When I click on an e-mail link windows mail opens and the e-mail is getting sent from there using my yahoo e-mail address.

    As expected.

The windows mail is now filling up with my 2000+ e-mails from my yahoo account.

    As expected.

I have two yahoo accounts and I sent an e-mail from one to the other and vice versa and they are in my windows inbox instead of my yahoo.

    As expected.

How do I get them to go to yahoo instead of windows mail.
    Sorry for all the questions.

They are going to your Yahoo account but then you are collecting any mail in your inbox, when your run Windoze Mail. You can access your mail either using your e-mail client or by using the web based interface. I don't use Windoze Mail but you should find an option to leave mail on the server for a specified number of days, probably in the advanced options tab. If you don't want to pick up mail from all of your accounts, instead of using Send/Receive, you can specify which accounts are syncronised, either for every time or just at that time. If you don't want certain messages transferred from your e-mail server, simply move them from the Inbox folder.
