  • At least it wasn't seetickets, who charged me postage then didn't put any on it!

    I agree with the standard postage thing, pees me off when I pay over the odds just to have it posted first class.

    They don't use royal mail though so thats why you wouldn't have seen any postage on it. They use some company called Secure Mail - same as Ticketmaster.

    Thats odd then I have never had tickets from ticketmaster or seetickets sent by royal mail.

    im pretty sure ive seen ticketmaser tckets come via rm.

  • Any tickets I have bought through Ticketmaster have always arrived S/D through RM.
    Between two evils, I always pick the one I never tried before

    Maybe its dependent on where you live then. I always have some company called secure mail deliver mine. I think they are the same people who deliver passports.

    I think it depends on the tickets. Ive had festival tickets delivered by secure mail and had to produce ID on the doorstep, but for standard gig tickets they always come via Royal Mail.

    ive had them arrive without postage.
    had a whole batch arrive SD without payment.
    not happy customers having to pay £5+ to collect their tickets
