Oyster card warning

I have auto top-up setup on my oyster card and will auto top-up via the Bus Network.
Edit - beat me to it0 -

I've had my card since late December. The website gives no indication that the card can be topped up automatically or online for bus users.
I do not use any of the above forms of transport - just the bus. How can I participate in the Auto top up scheme?
You can sign up for Auto top-up at Oyster Online If you already have an Oyster card, you will be asked to choose a Tube station, DLR station, London Overground station or tram stop where you can activate your Auto top-up on a card reader at the beginning of a journey. Please remember that you will need to visit your chosen station or tram stop within seven days to activate your card.
Once Auto top-up has been activated, your pay as you go balance will automatically be topped up whenever it falls below £5 and you touch it on any card reader (bus, Tube, tram, DLR or London Overground) but not a ticket machine.
If you do not have access to a Tube station or tram stop, you can run the balance of your current card to zero and get a new Oyster card at Oyster Online. This new card will be set up with Auto top-up and can be activated by touching it on any card reader (bus, Tube, tram, DLR or London Overground). Once activated, your pay as you go balance will automatically be topped up whenever it falls below £5 and you touch it on any card reader (except ticket machines).0 -

Thank you very much for all your help :-)0 -
Still waiting for a response from TfL. Even an interim reply would be nice.0

If you go to the ticket booth they can print off a journey history for you. I'm been diddled before at these machines too.0

Thanks, Moomin. I was wondering how I can get a print off. Do you know how far back it goes?
The print out is usually short only showing about the last 12 journeys and topups/purchases.
Have they resolved the problem yet?
I noticed my card was losing credit in late June and the Oyster online help has been poor taking 19 days to reply (states within 7 working days...)
While I don't seem to have been overcharged for any particular journey, my balances have been lower than they should be. (e.g i top up £10 prepay, get a rejected entry on a tube, told to top up again (£10), make a journey that should cost £2.50 and my total balance is £9.90!
They won't even reset my forgotten login details with their online form, so aren't dealing with my enquiry, asking me to ring their 0870 #
Thankfully Martin's article gives me the option to ring a landline instead, but i doubt Oyster will refund that too:money:

Get a paper ticket. For anyone who has a network railcard (anyone, any age) or someone with young persons/senior/disabled/forces railcards, you can get an all zone travelcard for £4.80 (network railcard only at weekends) - far easier than this silly touch system.0
