PAC Code

My father is trying to obtain his PAC code from Orange. They are saying that they cannot give it to him over the phone because of Ofcom. It is going to cost him £9 odd and they will send that in the post.

Have the rules changed? I have received PAC codes over the phone many time.

Please can somebody advise me of the rules.

Recently got PAC from orange. They said the same thing. only by post but got it within 5 days.

My contract with TMobile is due to expire in 3 weeks time, I'm changing to O2. TMobile gave me my PAC over the phone, that was last Thursday. I had to pay £9 to terminate early, but I thought it was worth it.

I want to transfer an o2 number onto an Asda PAYG phone, I know I need to get a pac code from o2 to give to Asda mobile but I also want to transfer the Asda number onto a 3 contract phone. Does anyone know how do I do that all at the same time without losing any of my 2 transferring numbers?
