Im on the last month of 18 month contract with carphone warehouse,orange network dolphin 35,500mins and 500 texts average bill £50 pound a month,any advice on how to get a better deal,do i phone orange or cpw ,i have samsung d900i mobile

Call Orange and give them 30 days notice (or more). No need to write and cpw have nothing to do with it.0
