This is the FSA list of unauthorised companies, including Bayer Investments, known to have contacted UK investors: FSA Alerts. There's also a form there that they ask you to use if you've been contacted by any on their list.

Definitely advise your brother in law against sending them any more cash.

Bayside Investments does not exist. Confirmed by the US SEC (securities and exchange commission) Goodwin Capital Management of Korea do not exist.Confirmed by th Korean SEC.
Savior Energy Inc. Address is said to be in Princeton Canada. This is a Native Indian Reserve. Etonia Ave does not exist. The postcode on website does not exist. The telephone and fax number are not listed. Native indian reserves do not normally come under canadian law so any company registered there do not file with Canadian SEC. You have been conned. If you have made any agreement with any of the above your money is definately gone. If you have made an agreement and not sent money DONT. No matter what legal action they threaten they are all fraudulent companies and no court would listen to them. You have been warned...
