Does Blueyonder/Telewest care about what you download?
I always have concerns about big companies like that cause obviously they are bigger and need to answer to folk.

If you mean do they care amount the AMOUNT you download then no. I download a lot and never had a problem. They still advertise their products as unlimited and unlike NTL, I don't think they have ever chucked anyone off.
If you mean the types of files you download then I use a lot of peer to peer and again I've never had a problem.
But like all ISPs, I'm sure they keep logs and will be legally obliged to supply information if compelled to.
Customer service wise, they are pretty good. Problems I've had have always been sorted out easily and their network is pretty reliable. Support is ok and wait times on the phone are not brilliant but par for the course nowadays. 10-15 mins at most usually.0
