How do you go about cancelling T Mobile UFix contracr?

My eldest got the phone last March so it must be coming to the time to give notice to cancel the contract- IBH she textx so much the o2 sim is a better deal
However on the T-Mobile site I caneally find any useful info on the how and when to cancel the contract. Can anyone help?

You are required to call T-Mobile (150 from the phone) and give 30 days notice to cancel. If you're not sure of the exact date, give them a wee call just now and they can tell you. If you want a PAC to take the number to another network, however, you can only request this free of charge on the very last day of the contract.I accept no liability if you chose to rely on my advice.0
