Received a letter from Ruthbridge saying my account is closed and has been handed back to Cabot.0 -
thats brilliant you got it sorted out. can i ask how long it took between them recieving the letter and you getting confirmation of the matter being closed? im so tempted to phone them to say right whats happening!0

Well from the looks of my letters and how they read their first letter to me was 7th march I replied on the 13th with a statute barred lettter then on the 1st April they sent me another letter saying they were gonna send the boys round as such,
Then I sent another letter asking them for statements as such, then this week a letter came thanking me for my first email ( i sent recorded letters and email copies) and advising me it had now been removed and they've returned my file,0 -

Well we got a letter from Arden Credit management yest regarding this account. it says:
thank you for contacting us with your complaint. I am sorry that you felt the need to raise any issue with us.
Your case is being investigated and you will be provided with an update or full response within the next 14 days.
Yours etc etc - funny thing is we sent letter 15th april they rec it 19th april but the letter dated 30th march!!!! its def this account tho
Thing is i sent the standard statute barred letter from here so i guess it could read as a complaint. just a couple of weeks wait til its completely over. i know the letter we sent finishes but to have it in writing thats its completed will be so good.

It is a standard response in line with FOS Regs, they must treat all cases as such, as complaints thus giving them 30 days or whatever to investigate.... don't worry, you should get confirmation of SB shortly...
