Orange have barred me !

Orange have barred me for no reason, I dont owe anything from the bill but I now cant txt or call out ! I cant even get through to them to sort it out cos I'm barred, I dont have a landline, anyone know if there is a number I can get through to ?!

    Thanks but I want it sorted now, looks like there isnt a number I can just through to just is just stupid how can people sort things out if they are barred.... for no reason !!

    same thing happened to me.to the extent i couldnt even receive calls.
    called from another orange mobile and it showed no barring on my phone.
    passed to tech support and got a sim update next day that fixed it

    sure your barred? have you tried restarting the phone, maybe just a glitch:confused:

    Yep tried that twice, I had a text from them saying I was barred aswell... I'm not happy !!

    Well the phone numBer was no good to me as I couldnt ring from my phone and also my post said I didnt have a landline to ring from.

    I couldnt ring the number (again)

    No there was no reason, they apologised and gave me 100 free texts.

    Find a phone box and dial 0800 801080. This should give you a recorded message with another 0800 number to dial. Sorry I do not remember the new number, but this should tell it to you.
