Best Cash ISA for interest and carpet bagging please?

Having just pulled £7k out of shares (last week :o )I am looking to invest in 2 cash ISAs before the end of the tax year.

Can you knowledgable guys suggest some good products based on the above please?

I know a lot of building societies ask you to sign a charitable donation waiver for the 1st 5 years unless you're an existing member.

I currently have investments with:

Yorkshire BS
Portman BS
Nationwide

Are any of these likely to yield for me in the mid term or should I go long term with another BS?

Thanks

You can only have one ISA before the end of the tax year.

    Portman already merged. With Nationwide.

Nationwide & Yorkshire are as good a guess as any (& better than most IMO) on the Carpetbagging Sweepstake.

But neither is the best-paying ISA. Currently ICESAVE is.

That'll be one each then :D. His and hers ISAs.

We have already got the Portman payout on the back of a couple of membership retaining savings accounts we took out on paying off the mortgage.

I would be happy to go with either of the above. We have a BTL mortgage with Nationwide.

It seems that payouts tend to depend on the number and types of accounts held as opposed to the whether you are an account holder or not

    Thanks a lot.
