Free Wireless Router Virgin/Ntl

Hi,
I've been with Ntl and nowVirgin for about 2 years now. I currently get BB, TV and phone for £24 per month. I've recently bought a laptop and I am now looking for a wireless router.

I was wondering if anyone has ever got a free wireless router from Virgin?

Thanks

I found out today from paying my bill online that 20Mb users get the free modem, upon completing the payment i asked about it and she said existing customers must call in and ask for it. SHe has ordered one for me and said it should be with my within 7 days, so will post once i know what is it (make/model) etc

If it's a good one, i may have saved myself 40 notes

It is a netgear wrg614v6 and isn't very reliable according to many reviews on the internet.
