Okay you say you owe MBNA £4,000. Is the other £11,000 credit cards too??
Sorry for all the questions but I've just had an MBNA card made unenforceable and their DCA was after circa £7,000. If you don't mind replying on here fine. If you want to PM that is fine too.

No its on loans, HP etc. I spoke to debtline who said its bad lending by MBNA as I did not request the card. We are now getting tortured by a company called CCRI on behalf of MBNA who I do not want to talk to.

Whether it is bad lending or not you borrowed the money - by all accounts with no intention of paying it back (Or paying it back in drips and drabs and breaking the agreement). That could very easily count as fraud. The suggestion I was going to make was to get this £200 paid off straight away or at least over the next 2 months with a letter explaining that it was a mistake or an oversight and that of course you will refund it. This may put you in better light with CCCS.

The alternative would be to pay them back the £200 - I think this should take preference to anything and then contact the other debtors. How many are there in all??

Yes there long standing, about 5 years or so, nothing is secured as we have nothing to secure them on, we rent. Whats the worst that will happen here as I'm crapping myself?

Okay we need to keep this as a 'civil matter' and pay the £200 back. That should suffice them.

As for the other 7 finance agreements, have any actually gone to court as yet??
