Ok, we are on a debt management plan with CCCS, before xmas I other half got a phonecall from her bank saying they would upgrade her bank account, so a few days later arrived a visa debit card, and the following week an MBNA credit card through Alliance and leicester, I will make it clear we did not request this card. anyway foolishly we used it, it was only for £200, MBNA Phone today saying we have comitted faud by using it as we already have a card and are on a debt management plan so they are taking us to court:mad: Its like the did this totally on purpose to catch us out, I mean if you send someone in debt a card at xmas what are they going to do?
I phone CCCS and expalin they kicked us off and didnt care less, so we are now screwed, what can we do?

Okay I think we both agree what you did was pretty 'stupid' so there is little point in any lectures. I assume they have not got any police involved and therefore are treating it as a civil matter rather than a criminal one??

As very tempting as this would've been I wouldn't have used it. I know it's easy to say and the damage is done now but you can't turn back time. I hope you can get this sorted. And I'm not meaning to sound as though I'm having a go at you, just my opinion. Good luck in getting it sorted
