Tesco voucher codes DISCUSSION ONLY!

Am I the only one who can never seem to get these to work anymore? I always get the "used maximum amount of times" response even if I've never used the code before.

This is the second week running where i find a voucher on the other thread, it is accepted and when I go to put my security code in for my credit card it THEN tells me "sorry there was a problem when trying to confirm your order due to one or more eVouchers being invalid. If the problem persists, please contact customer support". As if they are going to be sympathetic when I tell them where I am getting my codes from {snigger}

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr :mad: Is it me??

Anyone else having problems checking out after applying codes. The code I used appeared to be accepted, I checked out but after entering bank security info I got this:

Yes I've had this too, it's very annoying and I've cancelled the shop on principle...you've done all the grunt work of sorting the trolley because you think you have a working code (I always check it first by filling the trolley with loo rolls or whatever to a value of £50) and then it locks you out at the last minute :mad:

As far as I know, Tesco's open up slots 3 weeks in advance, so check early next week. Just log in and try to select a date - it will show you how far they are open.

I have just done a £90 order and ABSOLUTELY NO CODES are working today. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr, bloomin' Tesco's.

I have just used a wine code VXN6VMTLN6BH £10 off a £50 spend, worked for me.

Open a shadow account with Tesco using another e-mail address, and enter clubcard details. My wife did this yesterday and used an old code from a previous shop and got another 750 points on a £50.00 shop. Thats £30.00 back in Clubcard offers, not bad!
Tesco made it difficult to find codes back in January, but only paid for 2 deliveries all year.

Funny you should ask about Christmas delivery. I just received a card from Tesco (hand addressed) offering preferential Christmas booking days and a free Finest Camembert.
As of today I can book Sat/Sun before Christmas, tomorrow Monday, Wednesday, the Tuesday which is their last delivery day.

I shall probably go with Tesco this year even if I have to pay, as anything beats Christmas food shopping.
