  • OK first time post - I thought I was doing quite well in the last quarter with 2 x 1000 points for £50 spend and all in all ended up with about £35 worth of clubcard vouchers - I was in Tesco's in Kingston Park Newcastle last night and watched a guy pay for his shopping with what had to be £120 or more of vouchers - all in £12 amounts - took about 5 mins for the cashier to scan them all in - even the woman in front of me in the queue turned round and expressed amazement. How the hell did he get that many vouchers???????

Wow, that is alot of vouchers biggrin.gif
  • I got my Tesco clubcard Vouchers today...

    £163 worth :money:

You have to be dedicated to get this many, and be careful not to be tempted just to buy at Tesco just for the points... sometimes its false economy.

I use Tesco Visa for everything - and pay it off every month.
I use every voucher I can find.

I buy things on other peoples behalf - PCs, wine and the like - Then they pay me.

    I use Tesco insurance.

I dont even do my main food shopping in Tesco... I use Lidl or Aldi.

I do find myself going points crazy sometimes... but its worth it.

I went on a 5* All inclusive XL holiday in April on them, and since then have been collecting like mad.

I always convert my clubcard points to deals. Never spend them in the store. I have collected £1600 pounds worth of deals vouchers since the beginning of February... another Holidays worth ... and more!

I am not posting just to gloat.... just to tell you to keep going. Keep learning how to play the Tesco game. Its all good fun and very rewarding! Off for a glass of Tesco Finest wine now !

I'm not religious but I can confirm there IS a god - just checked out Asda to see if they would deliver to me now (they wouldn't before) and they WILL! :T :j

Well, providing I can find the right wine it's goodbye Tesco until they bring the vouchers back!

I give up, they've just handed over a £90 order to asda
  • I've always found Asda to be much cheaper than Tesco but they don't deliver in my area! :(

me too ...but pleased to say Asda have emailed to say they are now delivering to my area :j and I registered with Sainsbury's about a month ago and they emailed yesterday with a £15 off a £75 spend code for my first order :j

now which one do I choose  [ must confess I am a end of day bargain hunter at Asda so guess Sainsburys will get the online order as a one off to use the voucher ] :D

Yes they really are. I've been lured by all you Tesco Deals fans into getting on the clubcard plus route but maybe it wasn't such a good idea from what I'm now reading here?
When I check Tesco prices against what I pay at Asda (and LIDLE) they're not so good so you pay extra for the points. Also their petrol's dearer than Morrisons who give petrol points on top.
Doesn't look like I'm ever going to get enough points for a holiday even with our EON points !!
  • Hey can anyone help me with this?!

hi i got a £10 off voucher to be used for tesco grocery shopping when i recently bought from tesco direct. It is a xx-code does anyone know if this code is transferrable to another account so i could give it to someone else who will use it as i would never meet the £50.00 minimum spend?

    Thanks in advance Ruth
