Yes it must be store related then. No I haven't used a code for my christmas order, in too much of a haste to get a slot to worry about that - I can't bear the thought of going to the supermarket at xmas with 3 kids :eek: would happily pay double to get it delivered!

Hi guys,

Just want to know whether I can get any changes back if I use my coupons to buy club deals on tesco. For example, I pay £11 coupons(£5.5*2) for a club deal of £10, can I get the £1 back?

i had a letter from tesco telling me that as i was a regular customer that used the delivery service, i could book xmas delivery a week earlier than those that don't use it very often, i've booked mine for the 23rd, thats probably why some can book and others can't

I have a christmas booking for 23rd December...;) . No code though:mad: but quite happy not to be trudging the supermarket at christmas..I realise some things may not be in stock but it will only be bits..:T

I am sorry to learn that you were not able to book a Christmas slot early as your friends were able to do it. I sincerely apologies for the inconvenience caused.

We consider all customers to be equally loyal and valued. We have, however, opened up our Christmas delivery slots to the customers who have had the highest frequency of shops in the last 6 months. We have also looked at how long these customers have been shopping with Tesco.com. All customers will be able to see slots from 30th November.

I got this response to my email complaining as to why some customers were being offered chance to book early .I use tesco for every shop ,about 3 a month and have done for 3yrs. Am not happy!!

Just noticed that the mods are removing posts which are deemed "chat" from the Vouchers thread - pity they don't remove the codes which have been reported as not working.

I posted what I thought was a useful comment for the mods. Sorry you couldn't see the logic in that.

They credit any 'change' back into your account.

I have a £5 voucher that was emailed to me from tesco groceries, only valid until tomorrow, but I wont be needing it, just went instore this morn to do my shop
