• After purchasing 2 packs of the 3 for £20 offers on the Boheme lager and being charged the full price. I called customer services and i recieved the following email from Tesco.

Refund Number: xxxxx

Dear Mrs lynda

Thank you for contacting Online@Tesco.co.uk regarding your order: xxxxx.

I would like to apologise again for any difficulty you may have encountered with your order.

I have now refunded £20.00 back into your account for the following items. This should appear within the next few days.

QTY Description
2 BOHEME 1795 20X330ML BOTTLES

Thank you again for contacting us, and I look forward to your continued custom with us.

Regards

When i asked about the "double the difference" refund i was told that the local store would be in contact with me in the morning to arrange a further refund.

It may be worth a try as the offer is still on the website;) .

I am so mad at Tescoicon_mad.gif

Brought my order tonight which basically consisted of 6 lots of beer as per the 2 for £16 promotion and they were charged at full price. I phoned while driver waited and was told that there was no such offer on their website, so I sent the whole lot back to the store.

Phoned again and spoke to another person who said the same thing and also added that they hadn't been running any beer promotions for over a week. I said "oh so you think I am lying then" and he got all defensive. That offer was DEFINITELY on their website yesterday and that is why I placed the order for delivery tonight because the offer was finishing. I am totally pi**ed off with Tesco for implying very strongly that I am delusional and imagined the whole thing. Trouble is that when you get your order confirmation email it doesn't show these promotions, says that will be deducted when items are delivered.

Now I can't even find an email address for their customer services - does anyone know it???

Many thanks.

I ordered this for monday night so can confirm it was on the web site. My boheme larger was out of stock so i had a sub which went straight back. Was thinking aout doing the 3 for £20 but they keep dicking about with the promo. have you noticed all the prices have now been leveled to £10 per case where as before they were all various prices with the boheme larger being £15.99. Either they are messing with us or some one needs sacking over the pricing errors.

• I notice people asking where they can get these codes or why they don't seem to get emails from tesco's with the offers in. One thing that has worked for us a lot is that Tesco seem to send us a £5 off £50, or £10 off £100 which was the latest one, when we haven't ordered with them for a while. It pays to be a supermarket tart you see - I use Tesco, Sainsbury's and Asda for my deliveries and find that Tesco and Sainsbury in particular will send you an email with a coupon code saying ' oh we have noticed you haven't shopped with us for a while - to encourage you back - here's some money off'
We then use the code they've given us get the shopping delivered and then the next week, go to a different supermarket, or do the shopping ourselves !
Had at least 3 of these from Tesco and Sainsbury this year - nearly a tenner a month which isn't bad !

I always print off the list off my items before I go to checkout as this shows the promotional prices on it. I use this to check against the bill that arrives with the delivery. Plus if there is a problem, you can show them your print out as proof.

• I'm going to ask something which was aksed a few times on this page.

Any unexpired codes for Tesco Direct?

Pretty much all the ones listed in the voucher thread and on the tool are all expired. I can't seem to find any unexpired ones. I'm about to make a rather large purchase and would like to make the most of it, there were a few recently that offered anything from £5-15 off but they've all expired.

The clubcard vouchers will arrive with your mum's surname on them. If it is different to yours then you won't be able to use them for your course. If they are the same then there should be no problem.
