In theory no, but it depends on how many times that code has been used... I think.

Hi everyone,

I've been using voucher codes on my Tesco shopping for about 6 months now and often find many codes don't get accepted but this time I've encountered a new thing. The 1000 points code and all the £10 off £50 codes are being accepted on the page I enter the codes but when I try to confirm my order I'm getting this message:

"There was a problem when trying to confirm your order due to one or more evouchers being invalid."

I always thought that if they were invalid they simply wouldn't be accepted It's really annoying as I can't find a code that works. Have others experienced this?

Yes. They apply the discounts afterwards.

I`m talking about the Clubcard vouchers that you get every quarter.
You can spend them instore but there`s also an online code on them to spend them online.

I give my parents the face value of their vouchers, as they wouldn't use them for deals. To be on the safe side, I redeem them on-line BUT get them delivered to my parents address.
Be aware that if you want them to book a holiday / weekend the surname of the clubcard holder will be printed on them

And from May all deals will have the CC name on them not sure if they will be coming with the postcode on and not be transferable which will stop alot of people selling them on ebay, Motorpoint at the moment have the surname and postcode on and they will only accept deals with all the same surname & postcode for buying a car

The way Tesco are being tight with the codes I won`t have any vouchers in May.
I haven`t ordered any wine since mid Nov.
