Hello, this is my first post so dont know whether I'm in the right place so please be kind. Can anyone tell me, if I use the £5 off £50 grocery code and on delivery, tesco dont have one of my items taking my basket to below £50, do I then have to pay the £5 discount back to the driver. Also, do they always honour any mistakes ie website said 3 for £2.00 on my order but is actually 3 for 2 in-store. Sorry if this has already been asked before, i did look first, just dont know whether in the right place. Thanks bobbie.

I wonder how many Tesco shoppers are going elsewhere? Asda are getting my custom as I only do Tesco for the points.
Come on Tesco, bring the voucher codes back!!!! Pleeease:rotfl:
  • Just to let you all know - xxbot7 has just worked for me:T

Hello & Happy New Year to all,

I have just had a quote from Mr T for home insurance and see that I can pay the premium by clubcard tokens. It is not clear if this is at the face value shown on the tokens or if it is at face value x 4 as is normal for deals.

Does anyone have experience of which way round it is?

My thought is that it is only at face value - due to it being spent in Tescos effectively - which is not so good, 4 x value would be very nice. Fingers crossed.

    Thanks in advance.

    Martin.

I have just got an online quote and phoned up to ask if its just the face value of the clubcard vouchers or 4x their face value as in their 'deals'. I was told it was just the face value. Not such a good deal therefore. Also, I personally think the whole '50% off' promotion is a scam because, for the second year running, I have got a quote which, with the 50% taken off, is almost exactly what I am currently paying with Churchill. It seems to me that they inflate the 'original' price so that the 50% off price is really the actual price.

same here, and i shop with them every week
wins so far:- absolutely nothing, not even an arguement:mad:
  • I haven't got a code to work for a couple of months now, when I was using them weekly. I think they've cut me off

if I want to set up a new account, can I do that in my name or do I use OH's ? His name is on the Clubcard Plus account so will they allow that ? Help !
  • Notice that Sainsburys did well over Xmas - bet it was down to all of us loyal Tesco customers who got nothing from Tesco in the run up to Xmas! I got vouchers from Sainsburys and used those. I'm actually really impressed with Sainsburys, they used to be much more expensive but I think they're much better with their offers now.

Hi i have accounts in my name and my husbands and use both equally to shop online but be advised tesco do not treat us equally:mad: At Christmas I was offered an earlier chance to book a delivery date and after Christma sI was sent the email with 1000 extra points(only worked on my account) but his account received neither of these offers.when "he" complained they basically said tough and that the 100 point one was sent out to random customers only:mad:   so much for being loyal to them.i stick with them in order to get deal points and because they always come out cheapest for the things I buy via my supermarket.

so do get another account with OH,s details but be warned they may not treat you the same
