Thats why they are doing it because people havent got the time at the moment but I'm keeping my booking with Asda now, at least they will replace any ordered items that arent in stock with more expensive ones at no extra cost to the item you ordered and at this time of year things get out of stock easily

the problem with asda, when i used to shop with them ,is that the things they replace out of stock items with is just a bit weird.:D
i also find their site not as easy.

but next week it will be an asda shop for me,i am fed up of wasting my time looking for codes.

Hehe yeah I remember reading on here once of someone that ordered a grapefruit and got a lemon as a substitute :rotfl: So I guess I could get a few early surprises before christmas!
    Thanx

oh yes,you will.we shopped there for a year and got some very odd things.

the reason i stopped shopping there was that if the guide price and the total(final price) differ too much it causes the guide price to be frozen and the total to come out of your bank,as apparantly the bank doesnt recognise the 2 amounts as being the same.this happened 5 or 6 times, the last time i was away and it was very annoying.

i think they have changed how they do it now, hopefully.:D
  • Joolsvw - I also have not been able to get codes for the last two weeks, I have probably been on every voucher/discount site going with no luck. So i'm left with no option than to go back to Asda! Unless anyone can find a way around it.
  • any current free delivery codes? thanks x
  • Anyone having problems with their clubcard points not showing up should go here:
    https://secure.tesco.com/clubcard/clubcard/main.asp

It should have your points balance at the top there. It doesn't always work, but mine showed up just fine a little earlier. :) Fear not, your points balance is safe!!!

    Hi

I'm new to this forum, just joined up today so that I can tell you that
I had this problem too but managed to use the xx8tww code (£5 off). Most frustrating!
  • I made the time to go to Asda in person today instead of doing my usual on-line shop with tesco.

There were some good bargains to be found and I shall be going week after week until Tesco supply some new codes.

There is just no way I am prepared to pay a fiver for delivery. Points or no points
