How does one contact a company that does not list a phone number on it's website, and that says in it's contact FAQ that the best way to contact them is to email them?
They have just one email address that I used when I discovered the problem. I have since used an email address for a member of staff that replied.
I think I've done quite enough tbh. They delivered something I didn't want. They left it with a neighbour despite my instructions not to. They haven't contacted me to arrange collection.
I think I've spent quite enough time and effort on this.0 -

Well it was completely impossible to answer as 1. you never mentioned it in the OP and 2. you've not mentioned the company name/website at all. We've all only been able to answer in generic terms and we specifically mentioned the case of when not being able to get hold of a phone number. This had already been posted "If you can't easily find a number then I don't think anyone is disputing in that case that email can be the limit of reasonable attempt at contact." which surely answers your question as accurately as possible given none of us know the specifics of the company you're talking about."She is quite the oddball. I think it's illegal to trade online in the UK without a phone number in the profile somewhere, I do business with a few onliners and if you look carefully you can usually see one somewhere.0

I don't think its unreasonable to expect such a number to be in the 'contact us' section tbh.
It isn'tIts a big website too.

Which website is it? I don't know about the legality nearlyrich talks about (I'm sure it's definitely true if it's an incorporated company). But you're completely right that you shouldn't have to put too much effort in which was also the point I was making. I personally wouldn't spend ages doing detective work to find a phone number and I wouldn't send more than two emails without a response."She is quite the oddball. Well considering the wording of their site, I'd say you've done enough to inform them. If they want their stuff back it's definitely in their court to get back in touch with you."She is quite the oddball. Did you notice how she didn't even get excited when she saw this original ZX-81?"
